Was born 8 July 1868 in Ordenhardt,  Wurttemberg, Germany (Near Stuttgart ) and died 23 April, 1948 in Peoria, Illinois.  His Parents were Johannes Rapp and Christiana Wilhelmina Leute M 17 April 1866
